Job: Monetization (App)

Location: My Dinh, Hanoi

Working hours: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

To optimize game monetization through analysis of player behavior, in-app ad performance, and revenue channels. This position ensures every traffic source is exploited to its full value, improving eCPM, ARPDAU, and driving sustainable growth for the product.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Optimize ad scenarios on the mobile app product

Research and ideate ad-monetization scenarios and in-app ad formats
Evaluate the effectiveness of in-app ad scenarios together with the Product Team
Ensure user experience quality

2. Optimize eCPM across Ad Mediation platforms

Research and ideate ad-monetization scenarios and in-app ad formats
Evaluate the effectiveness of in-app ad scenarios together with the Product Team
Ensure user experience quality

3. Collaborate with related teams

Research and ideate ad-monetization scenarios and in-app ad formats
Evaluate the effectiveness of in-app ad scenarios together with the Product Team
Ensure user experience quality

4. Work with Ad Network partners: Google, AdMob, Facebook, Unity, AppLovin...

Research and ideate ad-monetization scenarios and in-app ad formats

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: at least 6 months of experience in an equivalent position
Understanding of the global mobile app/game market, keeping up with trending topics to support ad ideas.
Creative and proactive in proposing breakthrough ideas.
Ability to handle high work pressure and quickly resolve unexpected situations.
Determined, goal-focused, with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient English across all 4 skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) to work directly with international partners.
